Learning about Septic Systems at the Private Well Class Help Center

One of the key services provided by our sister program The Private Well Class is a national hotline and help center for private well users, which was launched last spring.

At the help center website, anyone with questions about their well water can explore hundreds of resources on the most important topics and information pertaining to private wells in the help center’s article collections. Visitors can also message with a chatbot to pull AI-powered answers from the knowledgebase or message directly with a Private Well Class team member. Finally, for those who prefer to just talk to someone on the phone, well owners can call the hotline at 1-866-945-0699.

Our team has received a wide variety of inquiries and requests relating to private wells over the course of the past 17 months that we have run the help center, and we anticipate many more. But wells aren’t necessarily the only systems the help center team can advise on — our staff also knows a great deal about septic systems and can help to answer septic-related queries as well (especially as septic systems pertain to private wells). And, the help center also contains an article collection devoted to onsite wastewater treatment systems… more commonly known as septic systems, of course.

You can view the collection in its entirety here, or check out the nine articles directly at the links below.
